出生於藝術世家，從小跟隨父親學畫，哥哥是版畫家，先生環保建築設計師及水彩畫家。

Born into an artistic family, Lucy Fu learnt painting from her father. Her elder brother is a printmaker and her husband is a vegan, environmentalist, architect and watercolour artist.

傅麗霞1986年畢業於中央工藝美術學院裝潢藝術設計系（現清華大學美術學院），師從吳冠中、劉巨德、杜大凱、黃國強、鍾蜀行等著名藝術教育家。她的繪畫風格自由而靈動、明亮而寧靜、洗練而斑斕，清新而脫俗，表達了傅麗霞燦爛的內心世界，充滿對自然萬物的愛，她的作品得到吳冠中、劉巨德、杜大凱、黃國強、鍾蜀珩等老師的高度評價。

Graduated from the Department of Visual Design, Central Academy of Craft Art (The Academy of Arts Design of Tsinghua University, presently) in 1986, she had followed some famous artists and mentors such as Wu Guangzhong, Liu Jude, Du Dakai, Huang Guoqiang and Zhong Shuxing. Fusing her personal transcendental imagery of serenity and brilliance with simplism and iridescence, she creates her own free and vibrant style of paintings, which received high appreciation from her teachers.

世界級藝術家吳冠中先生曾經評價：“傅麗霞的畫純粹而美，是很稀有的超凡脫俗的女藝術家。”

Wu Guanzhong, one of the greatest contemporary Chinese painters, once said, "Her painting are so pure and beautiful, and she is an ethereal artist."

杜大凱老師說：“傅麗霞的畫有很美的平靜，超越了繪畫本身的東西，尤其她的粉彩畫，是大師級的。”

"There is a beautiful tranquility in Lucy's works, which goes quite beyond painting itself. In particular, her pastel paintings are in a masterly fashion." Du Dakai said.

劉巨德老師說：“傅麗霞美麗、才華橫溢，大學時作品就深受老師們的喜歡。在我印象中，她在校園裡就像一道光，引人注意，她學生時代和現在的作品，表現了傅麗霞內心世界的高貴與深刻，她以純美的繪畫語言呈現對萬物神性、對靈魂、對生命的了悟。她說：‘所有的生命都是一體的，我們是愛，都來自上帝’，令我非常感動，善的心靈使藝術至真至美”。

"Lucy is beautiful and talented. Her works in college are deeply appreciated by the teachers. In my memory, she was a ray of light on campus. With the artistic language of aestheticism, her works are an expression of her deep insight into pantheism, spiritualism and life itself, a reflection of her inner nobility. She once said, 'All life is unified, we are love. We all come from God.' That impressed me a lot. A good heart makes the most beautiful art works." Liu Jude stated.

鍾蜀行老師說：“傅麗霞的畫拋棄了學院派繪畫的技巧，回到了藝術的本真，她能從平常的事物中感受到上帝的神性，並以繪畫語言詮釋靈性的本質，這是非常難得的。”

Huang Guoqiang said, "Lucy abandon the skills of academic art in her paintings. Going straight back to the origin of art, deep into the divinity of the ordinary objects, she illustrates the essence of spiritualism with her unique language of painting. This is rare and precious."

傅麗霞曾任同濟大學傳播與藝術學院廣告系主任，教授、碩士導、院學術委員會委員，她在教學上融入愛的教育方式，啟發學生們觀察植物與動物和自然，讓學生們瞭解萬物裡面蘊含的愛，並應用於日常設計作品中，學生們心靈備受提升。她的藝術作品展現真善美的意涵，受到專業人士和大眾的喜愛，屢獲國際國內獎項，並被多家藝術機構和個人收藏。

Lucy Fu, used to be the head of the Advertising Department of the School of Communication and Art at Tongji University, professor, Master's Mentor, Academic Committee Member. She incorporated the spiritual education of love into teaching, inspiring students to sense the love and divinity in plants and animals and nature, encouraging them to apply it to the their design. The students were inspired and greatly elevated. Her works reveal the spectrum of truth, goodness and beauty. She is loved by professionals and the general public and thus receiving international and domestic awards. And her works have been collected by many art institutions and individuals.

傅麗霞,是一位深具靈性意識的藝術家。她從小認為自己的故鄉在遙遠的星際。她的繪畫素材多取自于生活中的平凡事物──植物、花和動物朋友，記錄日常簡單的詩意生活。她喜歡與花草以及大自然的一切進行交流，無論在艷陽之中，還是在月光之下，均為祝福滿溢的永恆時刻。

Being a vegan for 24 years, Lucy is a very spiritual artist. Early from her childhood, she holds a strong belief that her homeland is far beyond this galaxy. What she usually paints are merely some ordinary things, such as plants, flowers or animals. She enjoys communication with them, no matter under the sunshine or in the moonlight, she takes it as a blessing from the Eternity.

在她看來，無論中國彩墨、水彩，還是丙烯，均是表達內在喜悅的媒介。她認為愛是一切的本質，更是最有效和最美妙的溝通。她能從萬物中體悟到一種無分別無界限的恢宏愛力，她希望透過彩筆表達湧自內心深處的感動和讚美。

In her view, no matter whether China's colour ink, watercolor, or propylene, it is a medium that expresses her inner joy. She believes that love is the essence of everything, and it is the most effective and the most wonderful way of communication. She realizes a boundless love without distinction from Nature. She hopes to express her blissful praise to Nature with her brush.
